To avoid any security issues we will validate the payment method by charging the account $1.99. The Kick Start plan will give you access to the same functionality as our Professional plan. This connects you to other members through group chat within the platform for questions and answers, and customers through client chat with unlimited peer-to-peer video. You will have total management in your profile to schedule your open houses for up to 5 properties using feature photos, 360 and 3D views, and exclusive access to our new custom virtual reality headset communication within our app. (After the first month if you do not renew with a paid plan you will lose your ability to log in and advertise your properties.)
What is the functionality and cost of each membership plan?
You will see all our membership plans listed under login/signup at the top of the page. To access you must create a login profile and submit a valid form of payment. Stripe is used as our secure third-party payment platform offering you more ways to pay for this service. Social giving is a huge part of our culture to be good, do good, and feel good! A percentage of every membership fee goes to an industry-related social cause each month.

- Popular offers the same features and functions for up to 5 properties as our Professional plan other than the virtual reality communication capability. To keep this membership valid you will be charged $10.00 a month.
- Professional connects you to other members through group chat within the platform for questions and answers, and customers through client chat with unlimited peer-to-peer video. You will have total management in your profile to schedule your open houses for up to 10 properties using feature photos, 360 and 3D views, and exclusive access to our new custom virtual reality headset communication within our app.
This includes 3 options to connect: 1.) A VR-based downloaded video with voice-over used with a VR headset of an in-person experience without leaving your home. 2.) VR-based images with voice-over used with a VR headset showing the exterior and interior potential. 3.) An in-person live VR-based interactive experience with your smartphone or tablet connected to a VR headset. To keep this membership valid you will be charged $25.00 a month.
Custom monthly packages for your account are available to schedule additional open houses. All plans can submit a live open house to be displayed on Sell The Dwell’s YouTube channel for more free exposure. (Sell The Dwell reserves the right to approve before posting on YouTube)

Easy features and functions are displayed within your profile to make changes and uploads as needed. Any questions or problems can be asked through our customer service or tech help email or chat.
What is a group chat?
Group chat is an awesome way to meet members on our platform. If you have questions and need quick answers this is a great way to connect with individuals that can help. This is also a partnership-building tool to organize and schedule your open houses together in the same areas. Our Google Maps function on our app is set up to help members create more geolocation traffic to their scheduled open houses with one click.
What can be posted on the community advice page within the platform?
We want to encourage and give members the ability to share their knowledge of our industry and help others on the community advice page located in the header section of the website. All information posted must be relevant, factual real estate information that helps all users. This is for education only not for personal advertising, personal or political views, or incorrect or untruthful data. Check your sources before citing. This is a new geolocation feature through the use of Google Maps. With one click it’s “No More Lawn Sign Just Online”. Scheduled open houses can be located with accurate navigation driving traffic in any area at any time when accessed on the app.
How can I connect to customers through my listing(s)?
We want you to grow your B2B business opportunities through multiple communication channels. Your profile will allow you to upload all your contact information as well as give you access to unlimited peer-to-peer video chat on the app to use with your clients at any time.
What kind of smartphone can I use with the platform?
Our platform allows the use of most IOS and Android smartphones. Not all smartphones may work with certain features depending on the age of the phone, such as the use of our virtual reality technology. Testing your phone with our Kick Start program will give you the capability information you will need to understand if it works with all or some of the plans.
What kind of virtual reality headset device can I use with the platform?
Our industry is moving virtual reality into the next phase of competitive advertising. Our company has tested VR headsets for less than $30 that work well with our app’s VR capabilities. The type of headset needs to be compatible with the size of the phone that is used. Choose a VR headset that displays the dimensions to determine what size phone will work best. All headsets need to be adjusted and we suggest trying the headset first with a VR download to get the best visibility.
